5. Tug of war- 6 persons per team (2
females)
6. 75m Flat FSO, ADFO, DFO – (2 per
team)

8. 400m Flat - (2 per team)
9. 4x100m Flat - (teams)
Hose Drills- Two Members
1. Race begins 100m from starting line,
participants roll out a length of hose,
connects to the end and roll a second
length then run back for the nozzle and
attach to the hose.
2. 75m Three legged race – 1 male and 1
female
3. 100m dress drill- Full P.P.E, boots,
top, pants, gloves and helmet- 20m
intervals.
- Obstacle Race
- Water Relay – 2 males and 2 females
- Hard working fire fighter – 1 man,
wife, 2 children under 10 years
- First aid
- Fittest fire fighter
- Fastest B.A wearer race
- Fine wobbler relay – 6 members
- Hula hoop walk race – wives

- 5 a side football match and 6 a side
