The new Drum

The original Drum was hosted on a 3rd party site at no charge to the IABPFF. The gentleman that hosted the site ended providing that service as of April 5th. The ITC decided the best alternative if only temporarily is to use a free commercial service to replace The Drum. We considered other similar services such as Google and MSN. We believe Yahoo was the better choice since it is more popular and many members may already have a Yahoo account.

The Yahoo Group has several advantages. You can use your existing email address to receive messages as they are posted or you can receive a daily digest of all messages posted within a day. You can also decline to receive messages by email and logon to the Group to read them. You can also upload files and pictures for other member to view or download (uploads must be approved by moderators). You can change the email address you wish to use whenever you like. If you choose to use a yahoo.com email address you may have to logon to receive messages unless you subscribe to their upgraded services or have Yahoo IM (instant messaging) on your system
